If you send me inquiries via email, your details, including the contact information you provide there, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
6. AI project advisor (chat function)
Scope of data processing
This website offers an AI-powered project advisor through which you can describe your project and receive an initial estimate for effort, timeline and cost. The following data is collected and stored:
- Project description, project type, timeline and budget expectation
- Your name and email address
- The generated project estimate
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively to generate the project estimate and for subsequent contact by Jörn Dyherrn. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you grant via the checkbox before submitting.
Third parties
The Anthropic API (Claude) is used to generate the project estimate. Your project description is transmitted to the servers of Anthropic, PBC (USA). Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. The transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).
Retention and withdrawal
Your chat data is stored for a maximum of 12 months and then automatically deleted, unless a contractual relationship is established. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting kontakt@dyherrn.dev. In this case, your data will be deleted without delay.
7. External services
Google Fonts
This page uses Google Fonts for consistent typography. When a page is loaded, your browser fetches the required fonts directly from Google. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. More information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.
8. Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact kontakt@dyherrn.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
